Climate Card Calculator

Compare a short-term Climate Card price with a transparent adult subway base-fare reference for the covered rides you plan.

Scope: A reference calculation for covered Seoul transit rides. Not an exact T-money total, route planner, live coverage check, or purchase instruction.

Start with your plan

Choose a pass and estimate your covered rides

Count only rides you expect the Climate Card to cover.

Count only rides you expect the Climate Card to cover. Do not include airport buses or other excluded services.
Do any important trips use services outside Climate Card coverage?

Choose a pass, estimate covered rides, and answer the coverage question

No result appears until all required inputs are complete.

Coverage comes first

Trips this reference does not count

Only covered rides belong in the calculator. These accepted exclusions need separate route and payment planning:

  • Sinbundang Line
  • intercity bus
  • airport bus
  • non-Seoul-licensed bus
  • subway sections outside Climate Card coverage

Airport safeguard: Do not assume an Incheon Airport transfer is covered. Airport buses are excluded, and other airport routes need their own coverage check.

Method and limits

What this tool compares

What it compares

Selected short-term pass price against covered ride count multiplied by the accepted adult subway base fare.

What it does not know

Your actual routes, distance charges, bus fares, airport costs, live availability, or exact T-money total.

Why coverage matters

Excluded trips stay outside the calculation and may require separate payment.
